OCALA, Fla. -- Ocala police said they arrested the shooter who gunned down a father who told him to drive slower through a neighborhood full of children.A tip led police to 18-year-old Dexter Newson. Police said Newson was a passenger in a car last Wednesday when Dorian Gaskin confronted the driver who was speeding along SW 7th Place (see map).
Gaskin told the driver to slow down and police said that's when Newson opened fire.
Newson is being held on no bond and has been charged with murder
